IN NO EVENT SHALL MODULARIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SAVVY CRM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
